Prayer Labyrinth: Try Walking Prayer This Lent!

Posted on March 17, 2022 by Published by

A prayer labyrinth is a path which leads one to the center of an intricate design and back out again. It has been used for centuries to facilitate prayer and meditation. One of the most famous prayer labyrinths today is an ancient one in the cathedral of Chartres, France.

Join us after 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, April 3, in the school gym for an opportunity to walk a canvas prayer labyrinth and discover for yourself the beautiful mystery of this walking prayer. The prayer labyrinth will be available until 1 p.m.

The prayer labyrinth will be open to parishioners again from 3:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6 in the school gym.

We need volunteers to explain how to walk the prayer labyrinth and to assist those who come to experience it! A brief training will be provided.  CLICK HERE to sign up.
