Reopening Team Training & Practice Mass A Success!

In the span of just weeks, Our Lady of the Wayside’s Great Reopening Team scrambled to progress through, and comply with, Archdiocese and State of Illinois COVID-19 Phase 1, 1A and 2 directives. On Sunday, June 7, reopening team members received final training in the church, followed by mass where Father Artur offered a special blessing on team volunteers who made it possible to open our doors again. Mass provided all with a sense of how things will flow, and an opportunity to anticipate trouble spots and make real-time adjustments. We are ready!
