REP News – Week of November 18th

Tuesday, November 19

The following grades have R.E.P, classes:

• Grades 1-4 – 4:00-5:15 p.m.
• Grades 7-8 – 7:00-8:30 p.m. The R.E.P. seventh graders will receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at 7:10 p.m. in Church.  Grade 8 R.E.P. students are to turn in their pink Confirmation forms that are registration for Confirmation.

Wednesday, November 20

• The OLW school 7th graders will receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at 1:00 p.m. in Church.

Looking Ahead:

Thursday, November 21

• The OLW School children will be attending the 8:30 a.m. Mass.  The theme of the Mass is Thanksgiving.  Special “thank you” will be given to the Principal, David Wood, and the Assistant Principal, Mrs. Barb Boarini.
• The Little Sisters of the Poor will be picking up the donations from our R.E.P. and School families. If you have not already done so and would like to contribute, donations will be taken until Wednesday, November 20 until 2:00 p.m. and can be dropped off at the Middle School R.E.P. Office.

ADOPT-A-FAMILY

The Religious Education Program has families in need of financial assistance to help pay for their tuition and fees.  Some families have temporary needs, while other families, due to circumstances, have an ongoing need of monetary assistance.

The money donated for this purpose will be restricted to the Religious Education Scholarship Fund. Below are the amounts needed for the individual families: Please make checks payable to: Our Lady of the Wayside. If you are able to assist, even in a small way, with the religious education of the children of our parish, please send all donations to the R.E.P. office.
