Teacher (and Student) Appreciation
OLW’s newest Staff members, Patrick Fitzgerald (Operations Director), Patty McCarthy (Director of Lifelong Faith Formation) and Emilia Walasik (Youth Ministry Director & 6pm Mass Music Coordinator) popped into OLW School on Monday to introduce themselves and to present our teachers with a small token of appreciation for their loving service of our children this year.
Patty thanked OLW students for leading and participating in School Masses this year. She invited the younger children (PK through 5th Grade) to attend Vacation Bible School and outgoing 8th graders to attend the Teen Mission Trip this summer.
Emilia let our students know she is looking for OLW Children’s Choir volunteers and invited our teens to join the OLW Youth Group. She also said she’s looking for guitarists and instrumentalists to play at 6pm Teen Mass on Sundays.
