Saturday, December 2

• 1:00 p.m. Grade 2 First Reconciliation Service in Church

Sunday, December 3

• 9:30 a.m. Family Mass; 1st Sunday of Advent
• 5:00 p.m. In Person Meeting for Online 7th and 8th Grade REP
• 7:00 p.m. Parent Info Meeting on Mental Health of High School and College Students

Tuesday, December 5

• 5:00 p.m. 1st-4th grades, drop off at Elementary Bldg, pick up at church at 6:30 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m. 5th-8th grades, drop off at church, pick up at Middle School at 7:15 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m. November Mass for REP – parents please join us!

Tuesday, December 12

• 5:00 p.m. 1st through 4th grade classes meet; 1st grade Nativity Play practice
• 6:00 p.m. 5th- 8th grade classes meet

The First Sunday of Advent: The Candle of Hope

The first Sunday of Advent symbolizes hope, reminding us that Jesus is coming. Through the prophets of the Old Testament, God promised to send the Savior to rescue the people from their sins. Over 700 years before the birth of Christ, Isaiah prophesied the birth, death and resurrection of our Messiah. This first week of Advent, remind your children that Jesus is our hope.
