Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children.

On January 22, the Church in the United States observes the annual “Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children.” This day is set aside to pray for the legal protection of human life and to do penance for the violations of human dignity through abortion. We are called to observe this day through prayer and penance. For more information go to www.respectlife.org/january-22.

2023 National Prayer Vigil for Life

The National Prayer Vigil for Life is a prayer vigil held on the eve of the March for Life each January. Thousands of pilgrims from across the nation pray for an end to abortion and greater respect
for all human life. Both the opening and closing masses at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C will be live-streamed.
