REP Update: September 5th & 12th

Here is the REP Schedule for the Weeks of  September 5 & 12, 2022

Tuesday, September 6

• 4:00–6:30 pm, BOOK Pick up in Middle School Gym

Tuesday, September 13

• 4:00 pm, First class meeting, 1st-4th grades, Elementary
• 7:00 pm, First class meeting, 7th-8th grades, Middle School

NOTE: 5th and 6th grade REP classes begin at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 9/20, Middle School

We are seeking of catechists for our REP 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 7th grade classes. Please prayerfully consider joining our team of catechists and mentor the youngest of the faithful in our parish. No special training needed – just willing hands and a warm heart!

St. Augustine

St. Augustine of Hippo is the patron of brewers because of his conversion from a former life of loose living. His complete turnaround has been an inspiration to many who struggle with a particular vice or habit they long to break.

He was born in Africa and spent many years of his life in wicked living and in false beliefs. Through the prayers of his holy mother St. Monica and the marvelous preaching of St. Ambrose, Augustine became convinced that Christianity was the one true religion. His conversion finally happened after his mother died and several decades after she began praying for his soul.
