Today’s gospel, John 3:16 was made famous by John, of course, and kept in the forefront of the minds of many by the gentleman in the multi-colored wig, holding the John 3:16 sign at numerous sporting events through the years. Evangelism has many faces.
PS: Rumors of Deacon Paul giving today’s homily wearing a similar wig were greatly exaggerated.
