Easter Blessings from Father Marat
As we enter into the Sacred Triduum—the holiest three days of our church year—I would like to wish all of you a grace-filled and blessed feast and Easter.
In a particular way, I impart my fatherly blessing to those of you who will be unable to join us during this special celebration due to fragile health, illness, or pandemic concerns. Know that you are in our hearts and prayers, and please join us by video livestream on our YouTube or Facebook channels for the liturgies.
This past year was a time of trial for many of us. Some, like Jesus, entered into their passion and death due to the coronavirus or other factors. The message of Easter, however, reminds each of us that, no matter what suffering or experience we are going through, we are never alone.
Christ accompanies us and helps us carry our cross until, with Him, we reach the final victory of the Resurrection. The Easter message is truer and more pertinent than ever. Let us live and let us celebrate it as such!
In this spirit, I am carrying each of you in my heart and offering you and your needs to God the Father through His Son throughout this Sacred Triduum.
I wish you all a happy, joyful, and most blessed Easter!
Sincerely in Christ,
Fr. Arthur Marat
