Bishop Grob Blesses Our Welcoming Mother

On Sunday, May 12, 2024, the Most Rev. Jeffrey S. Grob visited Our Lady of the Wayside to celebrate Family Mass of the Ascension, Mother’s Day and — appropriately on Mother’s Day — to officially bless our Welcoming Mother Statue in the new Grotto on Park Street.
Thank you to the Knights of Columbus and our Operations Director, Patrick Fitzgerald, who spearheaded the Grotto Construction Project, and to all OLW parishioners (#doers #differencemakers #disciples) who generously donated the funds required build the Grotto and bring our Welcoming Mother from Italy to Our Lady of the Wayside!
