Last Saturday, Our Lady of the Wayside’s Respect Life Ministry hosted representatives from Respect Life Ministries in other Vicariate l Parishes to a morning of sharing and fellowship.

Fourteen attendees from five parishes plus the Archdiocese attended. Each shared how their ministry operates, where they have success, and where they have opportunities. Raymund Pingoy, Senior Coordinator for Respect Life at the Archdiocese of Chicago, added broader insight and encouragement in the discussion. All present spent time learning from each other and brainstorming different ways to help each other in the future. All left the meeting with new connections and with specific things to do to stay connected and to learn from each other.
