Senior Christmas Party Smiles

Our Lady of the Wayside Seniors gathered in the Elementary School’s Multi-Purpose Room Sunday for an afternoon of Food, Drink and Holiday Cheer! The room was filled to near capacity with nearly 80 seniors celebrating the season.

OLW staff, along with energetic volunteers, served food and beverages and lead a raffle and a trivia contest. Fathers Gilbert and Arthur were on hand to say a few words and lead with a prayer. Music was provided by Dan McMahon, accompanied by David Woods and Sean Reilly. They were joined by OLW 8th-graders Jack Berwick, Kyle Greazel, Ethan Collins, Louie Maiorano and Jack Hoeper, who lent their voices and kazoo/percussion skills.

Father Gilbert announced that we will continue the tradition of a Senior Christmas party in the future!
