Wayside Seniors 2.0! Off to a Great Start

The first Sunday of Advent Deacon Don Grossnickle gave a fascinating talk on the importance of light in the world. He shared ways we can be the light of Christ for others while teaching our seniors the science of candles! We learned to be the spark, the fuel and the glow of God’s love for others.
It was an afternoon of friendship & community at Our Lady of the Wayside. We hope to grow this ministry in 2024 to serve all those over the age of 60 at Wayside with spiritual and social opportunities.
