Christmas Flowers In Memory of Loved Ones

We invite you to honor the name of your loved ones with flowers and decorations for our Church at Christmas.
Please download, print, and fill out THIS FORM clearly, attach your check made payable to Our Lady of the Wayside Church, and drop it in the collection basket or give it to Regina Kastner at the Parish Office no later than Thursday, December 7th.
The form will also be available in the December 3rd Bulletin.
Your loved one’s name will appear in the Christmas bulletin under “In Memory Of” or “In Honor Of.”
Suggested Donation – $20.00 per name.
