Exciting Opportunities to Support Celebrate 70! Soiree
The annual Auction Gala was OLW School’s primary fundraising event for many years, up until the pandemic in 2020. With the return of in-person events came an opportunity to re-imagine the Auction Gala for a new generation of parishioners and school families. Hence, the Soiree was born. It will blend the best parts of the Auction Gala with a refreshed take on fundraising events, building community and support for Catholic education at our parish.
YOU can support the Soiree TODAY in the following ways:
- Donate to the LIVE auction. Do you have access to a unique experience? A vacation home or timeshare property? Connections to the restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment sectors? I would be happy to talk with you about creating a package that can be part of our Live auction. Please contact me by December 31, 2023.
- Donate to the SILENT auction. I would like to offer 8-10 packages valued at $400+ at our silent online auction. Your donation may be paired with other items to create packages for this event. To donate, simply visit www.bidpal.net/olwsoiree by January 15, 2024. Thank you!
- Save the date! Make plans to attend the Soiree on February 24, 2024 at the Metropolis Ballroom of Arlington Heights. Watch this space for more information in the coming weeks.
