Father Arthur had the opportunity to meet with Vicar General, the Most Reverend Robert Casey, and invite him to Celebrate 70! with Our Lady of the Wayside. Bishop Casey enthusiastically and graciously agreed!
So SAVE THE DATE and please plan to attend a bonus Celebrate 70! Family Mass with Bishop Casey presiding, this Sunday, October 29, at 9:30 am.
Bishop Casey is the leader of our Vicariate and is ‘second in command’ at the Archdiocese of Chicago, under Cardinal Blase Cupich. It is a great honor for him to celebrate Mass with us!
Let’s celebrate joyously! All REP and School 2nd – 8th graders are invited to participate as choir members, ushers, greeters, readers, gift bearers, petitioners, and Spiritual Communion reader.
