Got Popcorn? YEP!
Last Friday, August 25, the Holy Rosary Council of the Knights of Columbus, sponsored a Family Movie Night at Our Lady of the Wayside. The temperature was perfect for outdoor movie viewing of Champions – Baseball Edition. Approximately 30 young people and their parents enjoyed the movie and being outside. The other hit of the night was the newly acquired KoC Popcorn machine. The popcorn was hot and delicious, and was a huge hit amongst young and old.
The Knights provided the machine, popcorn and even the labor to operate and serve the delicious popcorn. The plan is for Family Movie Nights to continue through the school year. Naturally the award winning popcorn will be available too!
