Bethlehem Arts, July 8th & 9th

Our Lady of the Wayside will again host representatives of the Catholic Christian Community from Jerusalem and Bethlehem, who will display handcrafted olive wood religious figurines and articles.

Due to ongoing conflict and Covid19 resulting in a reduction of Holy Land tourism, the Catholic Community there depends on the sale of these articles abroad to survive. The woodcarvings are a beautiful reflection faith and love for the Lord.

These handcrafted olive wood religious figurines and articles will be available for purchase after all weekend Masses on July 8th & 9th. Please consider purchasing a gift that will be cherished by yourself or someone dear to you.
