Stories of Thanksgiving
Set aside some time before turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie to connect life stories and feelings of personal gratitude in this special season of Thanksgiving.
The evening brings Chicago’s celebrity storyteller and songster emcee Wayne Messmer. Our distinguished host, recently retired award winning Daily Herald columnist Burt Constable, is joined by our panel of Presenters: Eileen Daday, Erin Holmes, and Kasia Anna (Kathy) Janus. Kathy plans to courageously share a very tender and personal Thanksgiving story. She will talk of life after her family suffered through the Tylenol-cyanide murder of her father and relatives.
These talented panelists will share fascinating and lively human interest stories that entertain and inspire. The two-hour program also welcomes interaction with members of the audience.
The evening will take place at the Campus Life Center, located at 150 S. Lageschulte Street, Barrington, IL 60010.
