COVID Shots for Seniors – Register NOW
In partnership with Jewel/Osco and member communities of JEMS (the Northwest Suburban Illinois Joint Emergency Management System), Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Streamwood, and Wheeling are happy to announce they have secured doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for residents of these communities ages 65 and up. The first dose will be given Wednesday, March 17, with the second on Wednesday, April 7. Those who register for this event must be available on both dates and must show proof of both residency and age (65+) to receive the vaccine.

Please note that appointments are required, and walk-up registration is not available. Anyone without an appointment will be turned away. Telephone registration is not available for this vaccination event.
