We invite you to honor the name of loved ones with flowers and decorations for our Church at Easter.

After completing the form, attach your check made payable to Our Lady of the Wayside Church (write “Easter Flowers” on the memo line) and drop it in the collection box in back of church, or give it to Mari Torgerson at the Parish Office by no later than Friday, March 26. Your loved ones’ names will appear in the Easter Bulletin under “In Memory Of” or “In Honor Of.”
Suggested Donation $20 per intention (Make checks payable to OLW Church – with “Easter Flowers” on the memo line)
