Epiphany Mass, Joyously Celebrated by Bishop Jeffrey Grob
With great joy (and applause), Our Lady of the Wayside welcomed His Excellency, The Most Reverend Jeffrey S. Grob, to celebrate the Vigil Mass of The Epiphany of the Lord on Saturday, January 2. And with a humble heart, Father Arthur offered his Mass intention for a special blessing on the new Bishop of our Vicariate and asked that he, “Please remember that Our Lady of the Wayside is your new home and will always welcome you.”
At the conclusion of Mass, before His Excellency gave a final blessing, Bishop Grob thanked all who attended in person and via live streaming and reminded all that, [Despite] “COVID being an isolating means to so many people, in so many lives, in so many ways — regardless of where we are — the reality is that we are bound together in the person of Jesus Christ. We are never alone.” He added, we remain, “Bound together in Faith.”
Welcome Your Excellency. Please visit again (and often). You remain in the thoughts and prayers of all at Our Lady of the Wayside Parish. Peace, health and blessings be upon you as you shepherd all in our Vicariate.
