Call To Prayer: Pray With OLW’s Rosary Group Tonight
Our Lady of the Wayside Community:
If you’re like me, you long for a sense of normalcy during the extended pandemic. While an exact return to things of the past is not likely, we can—and should—adjust to provide a semblance of the way things were. But, Zoom meetings, MS Teams sessions, and face time calls only go so far—we need personal contact, to see familiar faces, and to do the things we used to do…together.
Re-establishing OLW’s Monday Night Rosary Group is one way to do this. To provide for the fruit and grace of prayer, while ensuring the safety of all those involved, please join us in praying the Most Holy Rosary in an outside, socially distanced venue. Details include:
- What – praying the Most Holy Rosary outside…together.
- Why – the world needs the Most Holy Rosary.
- When – Mondays (weather permitting), beginning September 14th at 7 pm.
- Where – Parking Lot between the Father Mackin Center and the Church.
- How – the Most Holy Rosary will be projected on the East wall of the Father Mackin Center (if you wish to print out the prayer guide, go to https://youtu.be/Mi7-mwOkeis).
- Bring – yourself, a mask, a Rosary, and a chair or kneeling pad (or pray from your car).
I hope to see you at the Monday night prayer sessions. In the meantime, may our Blessed Mother keep the sky clear, but shower us with God’s grace!
And may God bless you, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
– Deacon Paul Onischuk
