UPCOMING 2019 MISSION APPEAL – July 27 & 28th
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
I am Father Rodlin Rodrigue, a native of Haiti and a priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago. I started Sapaterre Mission School in my home diocese in Haiti in 2008 when I was a seminarian.
Sapaterre is located in a small town called Sapaterre near Hinche in the central plateau, Haiti. Every year we provide school supplies, school bags and uniforms to more than 150 children. We have 7 paid teachers. When funds were available we have also provided a hot meal.
We really rely on the help of generous people like you to provide those children access to basic needs. Please be generous in your support, realizing that every dollar contributed is used for the children. Thank you in advance for your generosity and financial support. Jesus says in Matthew 25:40 “truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

Next weekend, July 27-28 Father Rodlin will speak at all Masses on behalf of the Sapaterre Mission Appeal.
A second collection will be taken up for this just cause.
