CFM Announcements February 2022

Hello CFM Family,

As we gear up to learn what Punxsutawney Phil has to say, Wednesday, enjoy the snow that is headed our way.

Meeting Six
Our sixth meeting is scheduled this Friday, February 4 at 8 PM. Please take some time to familiarize yourselves with Chapter 6: Eyes on the Prize, including the Observe, Judge and Act sections.

Let’s continue to make an effort to identify an Act that comes out of your group discussions. Our goal is to share your ideas with all of CFM, Saturday, following our meeting. Thank you to the Reily group for sharing a great idea that assisted a young couple with their new preemie triplets last month.

The Leader’s Meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m. via ZOOM (link to be sent separately) to get the Leader Couples to the host homes by 8 p.m. to start group meetings by 8:15.

At your earliest convenience, please let your group leaders know if you plan to attend Friday’s meeting. It allows hosts to plan their hospitality in advance.

Father Rocky: Family Rosary Across America/The Beatitudes
January 11, we had about 200 people attend the Family Rosary in person. People beyond our parish enjoyed praying together and listening to Father Rocky’s talk on the Beatitudes.

We wish to extend our gratitude to the Zimmermanns, Shewmons and Trunks for assisting as ushers that evening. We’re also grateful to Sara Zimmermann, Michelle Nicioli and Rob Adams for offering up a live prayer request.

Group Action
The Trunk group is scheduled to deliver food to Saint Marks, February 19. It appears all collector positions have been filled. Please secure details from your group leader.

Please contact Jim and me should you have any questions.

Peace to you!
