Opłatki for Your Christmas Eve Meal

Among Catholic families in Poland and Eastern European countries, the start of the traditional Christmas Eve Vigil meal begins with the Opłatki, a thin Communion-like rectangular wafer made of unleavened bread and stamped with different Christmas symbols.
