UPDATE: Lent & Holy Week Schedule

Here is an updated schedule for Lenten & Holy Week Masses and Services at Our Lady of the Wayside Church. We have a date for Living Stations of the Cross and have added Divine Mercy.

Lent:

Stations of the Cross

Soup & Stations: Fridays during Lent

Soup: OLW Gathering Place at 6:30 pm
Stations of the Cross: OLW Church at 7:30 pm

School Stations of the Cross: Lead by 6^th grade, Fridays, April 1 & April 8, from 1:30 -2:00 pm

Living Stations: Lead by 7^th Grade on April 13 at 2:00 pm, in the Church

REP Stations of the Cross

March 8 – Grades 5 & 6 at 7:00 pm
April 5 – Grades 7 & 8 at 7:00 pm

Adoration:

Wednesdays

April 6 — 2:00 – 3:00 pm

* There will be no Adoration on April 13 due to Living Stations

Fridays

5:00 – 7:20 pm during Lent

Sacred Triduum:

Holy Thursday (April 14)

8:30 am – Morning Prayer
7:00 pm – Mass of the Lord’s Supper
Adoration until 11:55 pm
Night Prayer/Closing of Adoration

Good Friday (April 15)

8:30 am – Morning Prayer
12:00 pm – Stations of the Cross
3:00 pm – Celebration of the Passion of the Lord
4:00 pm — NEW! Divine Mercy Novena (Day 1)
7:00 pm – Night Prayer

Holy Saturday (April 16)

8:30 am – Morning Prayer
2:00 pm – Blessing of Easter Baskets
3:00 pm — NEW! Divine Mercy Novena (Day 2)
7:30 pm – Easter Vigil (sunset is at 7:38 pm)

Easter (April 17)
