Don’t Miss Our “Saint of the Day” Facebook Posts
Dear Parishioners,
During the month of October, in addition to being called to pray the Holy Rosary daily, or as frequently as possible, I would also like to invite you to learn about the great Saints of our Holy Catholic Church.
Each day this month, we will post a “Saint of the Day” on our Parish Facebook page. The post will link to information found on the Franciscan Media website which is a tremendous spiritual and educational resource, worth bookmarking.
Let us not forget that, like us, many of our Saints were imperfect people who often struggled in life, sometimes with their faith, but they never gave up. They opened their minds and hearts and surrendered to God’s will, becoming His hands and feet through the centuries. They were difference-makers in the world, in God’s name.
We are all called to be Saints. It is my hope that by reading and learning about our Saints during the month of October, you will find inspiration for your life’s journey.
