In Memoriam – Sister Adrienne Weseman, March 24, 1930 – April 24, 2020
She is now in the Lord’s embrace but her spirit will live on at Wayside, rising high above us in an infinite sphere of glory.
The 8:30am live streamed Mass on Friday May 1st, was being offered for our dearly beloved Sr. Adrienne Weseman who died on April 24. Sr. Adrienne, along with Sr. Joan Shields, ran the Religious Education program for the last 22 years at Our Lady of the Wayside after a full life of service to Christ and his Church in various ministries.
There will be a public Memorial Mass in the future after the Stay in Place orders in the State of Illinois has expired. The timing of that public Mass is as yet uncertain but we will give ample notice of the Mass for those who would like to attend.
