We celebrate Thanksgiving during November. This is an appropriate time for us to thank God for the many people who have helped us in our work of serving mothers and babies in difficult pregnancies.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: This is a great opportunity to work with friends or meet new friends and help a good cause. (Flexible hours are available) to sort donated items and assist dlients in our Family Room and help with mailings and baby bottle projects. The following opportunity is at our Evergreen Park office - receptionist Friday morning and occasionally Saturday. For more info on any of these volunteer roles, call us at 708-320-4066.

SAVE THE DATE: Our annual Life Banquet will be held on Saturday, February 19th at Avalon Banquets.

SEEKING DONATIONS: We are in immediate need of 6 infant car seat/carriers, also 5 large car seats for 20 to 40 lb. (by law all care seats must be less than 7 years old), toddler beds, exersaucers, baby carriers - (front and back). We also need baby food (in date) and Enfamil formula, baby shampoo, baby lotion, baby wipes, and diapers in size 5 and 6 only and pull-up diapers in all sizes and women's hygiene products. We need maternity clothes in size extra large only, girl's clothes in sizes 2T to 5, boys clothes sizes 7 and 8, and children's winter coats and jackets in all sizes. EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

Eucharistic Adoration is now every Thursday morning. Eucharistic Adoration will immediately follow the 8:30 a.m. Mass for one hour.

At least one parent is to accompany their son/daughter to the Program, which will be presented by Raymund Pingoy who is the Youth Outreach Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Chicago. This Program is a requirement for the Sacrament of Confirmation, so any student missing it will need to make it up.

CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD

Sunday Readings and Homily adapted for ages 3 to 10 on most Sundays at the 9:45 Mass before the Liturgy of the Word.  The children are invited to participate. The children will return for the remainder of the Mass. No registration is required!

BIBLE STUDY

Focus on the readings for the coming Sunday and their context in scripture. No registration or fee. Come when your schedule permits. Friday mornings in the Gathering Place 9:30 - 11:15 a.m.

MINISTRY OF CARE
